MEANING ~ you will need to use YOUR imagination and create an original idea from the words and sentences we provide to you.

Here is the 1st creative part of this exercise, WE вЂ“ SWN, will provide YOU with the words to incorporate/add in, and, a sentence to use in each challenge. With this in mind, this challenge will be for you to imagine, create and write a short story between 5,000 to 7,500 words. Creativity is defined as the use of the imagination or original ideas, especially in the production of an artistic work the ability to CREATE. Spotify playlist will be posted on Tuesday! I will also post a link to the playlist so you can take the songs with you.This challenge is for those who want to work on writing new ideas and who would like to maintain a continuous creativity flow with your writing. рџЋµ Songs must be submitted by 8:00 AM (CST) on Tuesday. Title of your WIP if itвЂ™s part of a series, include things like series title, part/chapter number and/or titleД¬hoices Book/Universe (TRR, OPH, PM, TNA, etc) рџЋµ Submit your song inspo of your current WIP (one that you are going to publish in a week or two)! Just like Six Sentence Sunday and WIP Wednesday, MMM is an opportunity for creators to share songs for their upcoming ficsвЂ“a teaser, if you will, to get readers excited for your newest adventure! This blog is for YOU! Music inspires a ton of fan fiction by creating another element of a storyвЂ™s setting that otherwise canвЂ™t be written. But if a company wanted to press it, yes, making money off of both fan art and fan fiction violates trademark law. I truly donвЂ™t know the ins and outs of the law, but for some reason fan art is less regulated and more accepted than fan fiction. You are not getting paid for the content rather your time and the product would then be the commissioners and not yours.)ДЄnother thing to note is Choices does promote fan art of their characters but not fan fiction or edits, which in my opinion would say they are publicly giving permission to that medium of work, which then does not violate their trademark since they have said itвЂ™s okay. (I suppose if you were to get a commission to write a specific story for someone for their personal use then that could possibly be more of a gray area. Writing is more in depth, itвЂ™s taking much more than a visual likeness. ItвЂ™s why you canвЂ™t sell prints of fan art or put it on merch, because now itвЂ™s not about the time itвЂ™s about the content.ДЇrom what I understand, fan art is seen more of an interpretation and a one off/single use than вЂњcompetitionвЂќ. Neither the commissioner nor the artist are making money on the actual content. However, I believe that when commissioning art you are paying for the artistвЂ™s time. For example, selling fan art on Etsy and other creative sites is illegal/violates trademarks. Any commercialization of it makes it illegal. I believe fan art falls under fair use and can be used for personal use only.
